Every year, Mor-Gran-Sou Electric Cooperative exemplifies its commitment to supporting the educational aspirations of exceptional high school seniors through scholarships. This initiative stands as a testament to Mor-Gran-Sou Electric’s dedication to giving back to its cooperative family and service area.

From helping students connect to their local schools for online learning to sponsoring Esports teams to assisting with future studies, WRT proudly supports area students. The local cooperative is once again awarding $1,000 scholarships to area students, based on academic achievement, involvement in school and community activities, work experience, and future aspirations. The 2024 WRT $1,000 Scholarships were recently awarded to each of WRT’s seven districts, a student pursuing a technology- related degree, and to the dependent of a WRT employee.
